Refund policy

At Miyara Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Items must also be returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is wrong, damaged, or missing from the order.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items

If the customer receives a wrong item, damaged item, or if an item is missing from the order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We may require:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • An unboxing video

  • Order number

For approved claims:

  • Wrong item: We will resend the correct item.

  • Damaged item: We will resend a good replacement.

  • Missing item: We will resend the missing item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Used items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
